Shipping/Delivery Policy
We currently offer shipping services to two regions: Bahrain (local) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. We do not offer international shipping outside of the GCC region at this time.
Local Delivery Charges (Bahrain):
For deliveries within Bahrain, we charge a flat delivery fee of 2 Bahraini Dinars (BHD) for each order, regardless of the order size or weight.
GCC Delivery Charges:
The delivery charges for GCC countries we charge a flat delivery fee of 5 Bahraini Dinars (BHD) for each order, regardless of the order size or weight.
Delivery Timeframe:
We strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Local Delivery (Bahrain):
- For local deliveries within Bahrain, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.
GCC Delivery:
- For deliveries to GCC countries, please allow 4-7 working days for your order to arrive.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, unforeseen delays, or disruptions in the shipping process. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and prompt delivery of your order.
