Refund and Returns Policy

At Fotot Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strictly adhere to Bahrain's consumer protection laws.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for non-defective items where returns are legally permitted).

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange the return and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Personalized or customized products

We encourage customers to carefully review product details before purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel an order, please contact us promptly with your order details. Approved cancellations will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
